As a Guru you will be accountable for:

  • Leading the implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent aligned with the company's business goals and culture.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand hiring needs and provide expert advice on talent acquisition best practices.
  • Enhancing the company's employer brand by developing and executing initiatives that promote the company as an employer of choice.
  • Championing diversity and inclusion in all recruitment activities to ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Utilizing data and analytics to drive recruitment decisions, measure success, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Continuously evaluating and improving recruitment processes to enhance candidate experience and recruitment efficiency.
  • Managing relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.


We're looking for someone who:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, particularly in senior or specialized roles. Preference for candidates with experience in high-growth companies or tech environments.
  • Deep understanding of recruitment strategies, talent market trends, and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Ability to develop and execute long-term recruitment strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and make informed decisions.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Technology Savvy: Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools to streamline the hiring process.
